I haven't been up there but the Bear is all open down stream and I'm 99% sure Oneida will be ice free as well. P&L is pushing huge flows of water down from Bear Lake all spring, go figure what they are thinking, so I'm pretty sure that would have blown any ice off of there... Welcome to BFT.. Later J

Got two walleyes and more than a dozen decent smallies at the big pool/eddie by the campground below the dam today. Water was high and fast, but the fish didn't seem to mind. Got them on chartreuse and motor oil colored 3" curly tails tipped with crawler on 1/8 oz. jig heads.
