Tartar Sauce II - tubeN2 - 06-07-2004 This is a traditional tartar sauce complete with hardboiled egg and capers. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days." 1 cup mayonnaise 1/3 cup sweet pickle relish 1 tablespoon minced capers 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped salt to taste salt and white pepper to taste 1 dash Worcestershire sauce 1 dash hot pepper sauce [#cc0000]1[/#cc0000] In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, capers, and egg. Season to taste with salt and white pepper. Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce and a dash hot pepper sauce. Stir. Chill. [#cc0000][size 2]Makes 6 servings[/size][/#cc0000]
