Canyon Tuna - vance - 10-20-2002 [center][/center][sly] Went out to the Hudson Canyon 10-18 on the Sea Fox, had a smooth ride out and calm seas at the Canyon. Had a very slow night , no fish caught until sunrise. The fish turned on around 0600, had several great flurries of action, once there were 8 people hooked up at the same time.A large mako was hooked by one guy, but destroyed the cable leader and got off. My friend and I landed a sucessful yellowfin double around 0630. About 30 yelowfin & longfin landed on the trip. The ride back got very rough, with seas building to 8 to 12+, but all in all a great trip. The Sea Fox has an excellent crew, give them a try. [signature]
