along skyline ridge and tex creek i saw a couple does and a buck and a big bull moose

I was hunting near there and found a herd of bucks. All of them small four pointers with one nice buck that was around 28" and fairly heavy. After sneaking up on them on a steep side hill and a foot of snow I got within 200 yards and then missed twice [mad]. Probably my one chance at a big buck this year and I blew it. I hate shooting straight up hill I don't hold low enough. The last two bucks I've shot up hill I hit them way high you would think I've learned my lesson but obviously not. I hope nobody else misses like I did, good luck.
