Didn't get on the water until about noon...loaded in at Wolftever and headed for the islands....caught a 2 lber with a redeye on one of the points and then went on back into shallower water....it looked too good not to throw a buzzbait. First cast got a 3.0 lber and stuck with the buzz a while longer....next one was 3.52 and then one 3.72. All 3 were in very shallow water - less than 2 ft - and were hitting the buzz on the first few feet of the retrieve. Finished up with a 1.45 on a wacky worm and called it a day....water temps just over 66.
