Unless a wildlife officer intervenes those elk will die a slow death. The same thing happened a few years ago here in Utah. The DWR tried to get on the private property to help the animals but the land owner would not allow them on his land until the elk starved to death. What a waste.

I believe that picture is of those 2 that died. The stream and background looks the same. I don't agree with what happened at all but I hear there is quite abit more to the whole story.
