Lost Creek 8/17

Went with some co-workers to lost creek reservoir to fish for a few hours on Saturday. I guess with the fancy new paved road this place has gotten much more popular than in the past. I don't recall ever seeing so many people up there. We fished for about 3 hours from shore and landed 7-8 fish using power bait floated off the bottom.

All the way to the boat ramp is paved. That little short cut that by passes the town wasn't done but as long as don't mind the short trip through town, it is all done.[cool]

No docks.
Fished there today. Trolling action was good using dodgers and spinner harnesses like walleye rigs but with smaller hooks that are closer together, like Kokanee rigs. Lots of water in there still. Not a lot of boats today. Nice day on the water. [signature]

Best thing about LC, it's a no wake lake [
 ][] so no wave runners or skiers. Now that the road is paved I just may have to make a trip back up there. Been over 6 years since my last trip.[signature]
