Charter Boat and surf fishing

Hi Everyone

I'm planning a trip to the Severna Park area to visit family. Is there a charter service
that I can jump on for abour $50.
Do you know of any nice beach areas to fish off the beach? We will be there around the last week of August. Any tips are appr.
