Freeze Plugs?

I have a 1974 Mercruiser 165 horse power inboard engine. One of the freeze plugs blew out. I have a mechanic friend that can replace it for me, but I need to know where I can find a freeze plug. Does anyone know of a local shop/auto store that might have freeze plugs to fit this motor?

You can buy them at Napa auto parts but they need to be brass. Just take your old freeze plug in with you and they can match them up.
