I took my son up for a quickie trip today. We got there about 3:30, fished out from the boat ramp in 45 feet of water and promptly caught 6 perch, about 7-8 inches. Had to leave at 4:30. It looks like the water level's coming up some, and the edges are a bit soft. Still plenty of ice though. There were about 3 other people on the lake, from what I could see. Oh, caught them on boogers with meal worms.
