Bear Lake and surrounding areas fishing reports 3/3/2020

Thanks for the report Scott. The last 2wks I made 2 trips with first one open water and 2nd one a week ago only to get turned back with the capped lake. Weather now is warming here in the big valley with 50-60 degree days but a couple looming storms are on the horizon with rain for the valley dwellers. Hoping my next planned day next week doesn't get shut out.
