Enough about gun control, back to backlash control or something related to fishing.<br> Surprisingly, I have had good response from state wildlife agencies regarding handi-capped access to fishing. A few have/are sending me more info. I even found a handiangler web site located in Oregon. Another light bulb went off over my head.<br> I remember sitting on a fishing barge in Texas, in a comfortable chair with heat in the winter, cool in the summer, bait sold right there and interesting conversation. Even a color TV to watch the Dallas Cowboys. I think I even met one of my now ex-wives on one but that's another story in itself.<br> I was wondering, just what is the requirements for one? legal and otherwise. Does other states have them? If so, what lakes? Someone satisfy my curiosity, please.<br><br>
