He may have had a kink in the hose or something. Maybe he was just blonde like me.

I have heard of divers using garden hoses with success. That still takes someone that is not in his full mental capacity though. I personally enjoy SCUBA diving. There is nothing like being upclose and personal with the fishies in the area.[cool]
