that cirtanly is a chilling tail, it is 
to think a fellow member of society with the ability and availablility to render aid to some one in a perdiciment would turn their back and snub a fellow human being.
I have never been that way, but I have seen my fair share of those type of people, and thedest part about them is that they expect you to help them when they are in need.
I dont know which part of this tail is the most bone chilling. the near falling over the cliff or the inhumanity of your fellow man..
