Well, I bought a nice propane deep fryer

Sounds like a good deal . Be careful with them . They do catch on fire . I have one but I hook it up to the standard propane tank for grills . I picked it up at Sam's Club for about 65.00 . I don't use it much because I need to cut back on fried foods . The oils can be expensive if you don't use it much . I always deep fry my turkeys with peanut oil .
