A "lib" is a person who would donate gasoline to see the president of their country burn and then blame someone else for it[

p.s. George Washington had no party affiliation and Thomas Jefferson found the first political party in america and it was called the republican party. However, it later changed into the democratic party, which is not what we know today as "lib".
