I agree with SA and Cortland, Orvis has that coating for slickness also. Maybe that is why I haven't heard (or I have heard that after time amoral will crack fly line) But then the line I buy is already treated and requires a once in a while cleaning is all. My Sylk is the only line I have that I have to dress and I use what cortland recommends.
