Very well put Fishrmn, I was at the last retone treatment as well plus I was there when they rebuilt the dam and seen all those huge brownies suffocate down stream with no way to help them. I also know the fish Bio in Cedar when he was a summer helper with the division in the mid 80's and at the time shooting the cormorants and telling me of the 8"-12" trout they was taking out of their stomachs. I also might know the same guy from Minersville ya know does he drive a Dodge Diesel? If the same one he is my bro-in-law uncle and is a GR8 man. I would also agree that there is probably alot of local folks that still cheat and use bait of some sorts.
But I can't quite swollow it has more bigger fish now than then, and this comes from a person fly fishing it a scoash before 1978
and I aren't a big fan of eating fish but I have no qualms if someone wants to take a 18" one home to eat [shocked] as long as he is with the limits of the proclamation.
On the other note now I think I am a big enough boy to find Toms e-mail addy my question is why would I want to write him when all I asked was if your going to quote someone Hedges disclose the bioligist that your quoting.
