the county road crew came out today and roughed up the top layer of ice so that cars could travel on it . they deposited a huge ice bank across our drive ! i couldn't break any of it down with a sledge hammer , i went inside to get the chainsaw to cut it into sections and when i got back out an unknown good samaritin came by with a plow and cleared our entrance . he/she ?- came and left without a word . pretty darn nice !

stormy , take dave's advice on the electrition , one heck of a lot cheeper than the electric company will charge !

warmer weather is on it's way , it should be here by the new year ![crazy]
