I was referring to Minersville, and the DWR has cut back on the number of fish that they put in there each year. They didn't really have a problem with stunting. They had a problem with summer die offs. I think it was the summer of '96 or '97 that saw thousands of fish die of lack of oxygen. It was ugly. The pelicans showed up and ate tons of fish for about three weeks. I haven't had a chance to fish Kolob, but this thread sort of evolved beyond Kolob to include the artificial lures only type of fishery. Hence my comments.
