well i had a 10 gallon tank that held some puffers before, but when i took them out until I used up all the baitfish (today haha). I'm not sure if there was enough oxygen, but the water sure did get dirty in less than a day!.

Anyways, I've never got a bite using artificial bait and lures. So yea, I don't really know what a bite feels like...
