well no ya can't buy perch meat anywhere for bait.. a lot of the time ya can find them out on the ice there at fish lake.. or get some worms and get in about 25 to 35 feet of water and fish for the perch.. most the time they are not to hard to come by.. take some chub minnows with ya and some red side shiners.. you can get them at sportsmens.. some guy's use mealies,waxies. as well but i have found perch and chub to be about the best bait out there inless your lucky and hook up with a sucker then ya got gold..
