Before I got my commercial license, I would only keep about 50lbs to use as bait throughout the year and some for Squid Steaks or fried Calamari as it is known. Now I sell them to market but still keep my 50lbs for back up. i found that partially sundried squid works well on striped bass and channel cats. Flatheads seem to go for bigger and fresher pieces. I rig it like a "Jig n Pig" and they love it.[cool]
