4/0 offset hook will work for them. Hook it through the mouth and bring hook back so you can push it up through the under side so the hook is riding flush with the back of bait. ( google this as I'm sure there is a video ) Throw it when you come across Rip Raft or stone for the bottom. I like this in warmer weather.
