Anyone ever use them? I've tried them out but never seem to catch anything with them.

I love them. Virtually weedless around twigs and create a vibration that emits loudly. It's like a cross between a swimming jig and a spinnerbait. With that in mind fish it anywhere you would a spinnerbait.
I use them to locate bass and then slow down and fish plastics.

[fishin]In the warmer fishing season the Chatterbait is an absolute standby for me. They are easy to use, have great action and produce bass for me on a regular basis. My favorite way to fish them is pull one just over the top of a weed bed or right next to one, kills'em every time.
