[cool] Do you use Power Bait? How many colors do you normally cary with you?
Do the fish in your area change thier color preference from time to time?
I use power bait once in awhile. I carry roughly 18 colors in a kit mostly because in some areas, the trout will change color preference about every 20 minutes. What is your experience with Power Bait?

Hety TubeN2 I will respond to your question.
Well I use about 4 different colors. FL Red, Orange Twist, Green and Sherbert. I have better luck with the types that have glitter in them. I add extra glitter to my bait with real good results. I also mix my left over Power Baits and catch trout with it. I also have a couple bottles of Crave with me. It is a little stiffer than Power Bait and seems to stay on the hooks better. I mix Crave and Power Bait together with excellent results too.
I do have a question about Power Bait. Why do they sale it in the stores stored upside down?

I have had good results form Uncle Josh Shiner Minnows
on bobber still fishing even thourgh the ice. casting and trolling work just as well.

Hey there nighthawk, That's a good question about the upside down. Everywhere that I have seen it in CA have been right side up. Perhaps that could be something to do with the marketing of it or just a quicker way to pick your favorite colors on your way out to the lake or river.
