		Tip #1-if u can use clams use clams
 
Tip#2- the big panfish are in the 3 to 7 ft range 
 
Tip#3-use a size 4 or 6 hook( i use eagle claw hooks.)
 
Tip#4-bobbers set to 8 to 12  inches above the hook for big panfish
 
Tip#5-have fun!

		My tip: when using jigs upgrade your size.  Go from 1/16 and 1/8 oz jig head to 1/4 oz. Increase the jig length from 1-1 1/2 to 2 inches. Works great for other sexiest too such as bass.  I have caught largemouth bass while fishing for green sunfish. Now that is fun on light tackle.[cool]

		what do u attach to your jig head? i usally just attach a peice of clam meat or nightcrawler to the jig head.

		Other than a plastic curly rail grub I would put a piece of worm or perch meat on.
